In the chat, I share a bit about how I’ve approached designing, leading, and delivering strategic change over the past 30+ years… in financial services and in startups and social enterprises.
As leaders, we’re facing a dramatic increase in what our teams, customers, investors, and regulators expect from us. There’s increased scrutiny and pressure on leaders and boards to be doing the right things by people – both internal and external stakeholders – and by our home planet.
What good business means has shifted and is shifting.
We can pretend this isn’t happening and do just enough to be compliant – and always be playing catch up as the standard increases… or we can take this opportunity to innovate, perform better, and bring these values into core business.
That’s what I’m focused on (and what we do at Dynamic4). Doing what I can do help accelerate the transition to more regenerative ways of living and doing business.
A key way I do this is by coaching, training, and working alongside leaders to solve problems that matter in more empathic and innovative ways. I bring together an integrated learning through doing approach to leadership, design, and regenerative innovation with a focus on purpose and wellbeing.
