In my Why Regenerative? post a few days ago, I briefly outlined what regeneration looks like in action. To regenerate means to renew, refresh, revitalise… to change for the better.
There are nested layers… regeneration for us personally, for our teams and organisations, and for the communities (places, nature, and the economy) that we’re part of. They all need to be integrated for the health and performance of each layer individually and collectively.
That’s what the Regenerative Leaders Framework is all about.
What is the Regenerative Leaders Framework?
The Regen Leaders Framework brings five key elements together into an integrated practice. By putting it into action, it helps develop successful leaders who are more empathic, resilient, and engaged – and drives great performance and outcomes for all stakeholders.

5 Integrated Elements
Each of these elements are powerful on their own but when brought together as an integrated practice, we build personal, team, and organisational capability… for successful performance and regeneration.
Leadership & Collaboration. Practice collaboration, adaptive leadership, and influencing without authority in cross-functional teams that builds relationships and networks with better decision-making through self-awareness, critical thinking, and empathy.
Wellbeing & Mindset. Develop more engaged leaders and teams who drive performance and success with improved wellbeing, resilience, and relationships by learning, practicing, and integrating happiness habits for a growth mindset.
Design Thinking & Regenerative Innovation. Gain confidence navigating complexity and ambiguity to solve problems that matter with less risk to create solutions teams and customers love, make money, and do great things for people and our planet while increasing wellbeing.
Purpose & Vision. Create clarity of purpose with a compelling shared vision that drives progress, prioritises more aligned options, and creates meaningful value for all stakeholders to be proud of.
Workflow & Momentum. Build the integrated workflows, rhythms, and habits with just enough structure to create momentum and successfully move forward with confidence, less risk, and increased wellbeing.
This is a brief overview. The following parts of the series will deep dive on each of the elements. I’ll cover the challenges we face for each and what it costs us, what the more regenerative version looks like in action as an integrated practice, and the return or benefit of building these capabilities.
I’ll also share how Dynamic4 can help you put this is action… for yourself, your team, and your organisation.
