Good coaching can literally change your life – professionally and personally.
It helps you cut through the noise and get clarity on your direction, goals, priorities… and turn it into action. With regular check-ins and support, you’re more likely to follow through, build momentum, and keep moving forward – even when things get tough.
A good coach also brings a fresh perspective, challenges your assumptions, and helps you spot opportunities you might’ve missed.
As you make progress, you’ll build confidence and resilience, learning practical ways to handle setbacks and uncertainty. And it’s not just about performance – coaching is about designing a way of working and living that supports your wellbeing and helps you thrive.
If you’re aiming for growth, impact, and better quality of life… great coaching helps increase your focus, clarity, and wellbeing – to move forward and build momentum with more confidence.
How do I choose the right coach?
There’s a couple of qualities I believe are key. Empathy and curiosity. These foundations go a long way toward helping you feel safe and understood. The psychologically safe conditions we need to do our best work.
Here are a few questions worth asking yourself when you’re making the decision:
- Alignment with my values and goals: Do I feel this coach genuinely understands what matters most to me with a shared commitment to my growth?
- Relevant experience and expertise: Does this coach bring diverse experience and practical tools that can help me navigate my unique challenges?
- Coaching style and approach: Does their way of working feel supportive and practical for how I like to learn and grow?
- Chemistry and trust: Do I feel comfortable being open and honest with this coach, and can I see us building real trust?
- Commitment to my growth: Will this coach challenge me, hold me accountable, and celebrate my progress along the way?

Most of the people I work with want advice on specific challenges rather than just pure coaching. Either way, I help you think through things and make informed decisions aligned with your purpose, values, and goals. It’s a collaboration.
I’m your partner and guide to make things easier. Not because I know everything – but because I have the experience, skills, and tools to help you to find clarity by working through and making sense of ambiguity and complexity.
I work alongside you – cheering you on, but also helping to challenge you, to test and refine your thinking, and iterate – to succeed sooner.
A bit about me…
I love helping our clients design, build, and launch ideas that customers and teams love, make money, and do great things for people and our planet while increasing wellbeing.
At Dynamic4, we specialise in regenerative leadership, design, and innovation with a focus on purpose and wellbeing. We do that by working alongside leaders and their teams to navigate complexity and solve problems that matter.
I’m based in Sydney, Australia and work with people globally.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching thousands of leaders, founders, designers, and students to design and innovate for positive change. I’m also the author of the bestselling book Solve Problems That Matter: Design, Build & Launch Your Social Enterprise Idea.
To guide you on your journey, I draw on my 30+ years of bringing together strategy, design, and tech to lead, design, and deliver strategic change in financial services, digital & tech, health & fitness, and building startups/social enterprises – in Australia, NZ, Asia, the UK, and Europe.
These years have been full of learning, failing, iterating, and adapting. And still are. I’m a designer and founder skilled at coaching people to learn through doing – building on real-world experience and current practice – not just theory.
Regenerative Leaders Framework
The Dynamic4 Regenerative Leaders Framework brings five key elements together into an integrated practice. I apply this in a way that’s customised for your context, objectives, and preferences – but these five elements are core to everything I do.

Leadership & Collaboration. Practice collaboration, adaptive leadership, and influencing without authority in cross-functional teams that builds relationships and networks with better decision-making through self-awareness, critical thinking, and empathy.
Wellbeing & Mindset. Develop more engaged leaders and teams who drive performance and success with improved wellbeing, resilience, and relationships by learning, practicing, and integrating happiness habits for a growth mindset.
Design Thinking & Regenerative Innovation. Gain confidence navigating complexity and ambiguity to solve problems that matter with less risk to create solutions teams and customers love, make money, and do great things for people and our planet while increasing wellbeing.
Purpose & Vision. Create clarity of purpose with a compelling shared vision that drives progress, prioritises more aligned options, and creates meaningful value for all stakeholders to be proud of.
Workflow & Momentum. Build the integrated workflows, rhythms, and habits with just enough structure to create momentum and successfully move forward with confidence, less risk, and increased wellbeing.
What can we focus on?
We work together to identify the key areas to focus on by getting clarity on what you want to achieve and creating an action plan with clear next steps. I guide you through the process so it’s personalised to fit your preferences, situation, priorities, and goals – and provide accountability… but it’s your plan and you do the work.
There are several areas where I have deep experience and can share what I’ve learnt (and continue to learn) and provide advice. I do this in a coaching style, helping you think through the situation with recommendations and thinking to test. It’s never my role to tell you what to do – or do it for you in a coaching engagement.
Some of the things we can focus on include:
- Leadership, Organisational Design & Governance. Building self-awareness & self-leadership, leading with empathy, adaptive leadership, strategy, organisational design, becoming an effective board/board member
- Wellbeing. Growth mindset & happiness habits, taking a strengths-based approach, personal wellbeing plan (with a backup plan), your personal why
- Workflow. Agile ways of working, ongoing customer research & experiments, processes & systems, enabling tech & tools, service management, risk management
- Design Thinking & Regenerative Innovation. How to design, build & launch business, product, and service ideas that customers and teams love, make money, and create great outcomes for people and our planet while increasing your wellbeing. Relevant for both early-stage social enterprise ideas/startups and new solutions in established organisations
- Business Models. Business model innovation, business architecture, value propositions, earning revenue & diversifying revenue streams, financial models, legals (not accounting or legal advice)
- Digital Products & Tech. Tech, solution & experience architecture, product management, workflow, UX/UI design, leading & building teams
- Impact Models. Clarity of purpose, impact, theory of change, measurement
