What do you do?
It’s always been a question I fear in social settings… for 30+ years there hasn’t been a straightforward answer. For most of the 90s my family would say I “work with computers in banks”. Partially accurate at best.
Over the past few months I’ve been doing more work on articulating what we do at Dynamic4… this is where I’m at:
I coach and train leaders to navigate complexity and solve problems that matter for their teams, customers, investors, and our planet. With 30+ years in financial services, this is one of my happy places.
The leadership programs we co-design and deliver bring together design thinking, regenerative innovation, wellbeing, and purpose into an integrated practice.
Everything we do is focused on using leadership, design, and innovation to accelerate the transition to more regenerative ways of living and doing business… to help create the conditions for people and communities to be happier.
I know there are some words in there that might not (yet) be familiar… and many won’t be used to this set of things being brought together as one thing.
What I’m aiming for is enough clarity to put things in the right frame and to pique curiosity to start a conversation.
I’d love your feedback… What’s clear… and what’s not?
When you look at our homepage and/or my Linkedin profile, what resonates?
What about you… how do describe what you do? ![]()
