Good coaching can literally change your life – professionally and personally.
It helps you cut through the noise and get clarity on your direction, goals, priorities… and turn it into action. With regular check-ins and support, you’re more likely to follow through, build momentum, and keep moving forward – even when things get tough.
A good coach also brings a fresh perspective, challenges your assumptions, and helps you spot opportunities you might’ve missed.
As you make progress, you’ll build confidence and resilience, learning practical ways to handle setbacks and uncertainty. And it’s not just about performance – coaching is about designing a way of working and living that supports your wellbeing and helps you thrive.
If you’re aiming for growth, impact, and better quality of life… great coaching helps increase your focus, clarity, and wellbeing – to move forward and build momentum with more confidence.
How do I choose the right coach?
There’s a couple of qualities I believe are key. Empathy and curiosity.
These foundations go a long way toward helping you feel safe and understood. The psychologically safe conditions we need to do our best work.
Here are a few questions worth asking yourself when you’re making the decision:
- Alignment with my values and goals: Do I feel this coach genuinely understands what matters most to me with a shared commitment to my growth?
- Relevant experience and expertise: Does this coach bring diverse experience and practical tools that can help me navigate my unique challenges?
- Coaching style and approach: Does their way of working feel supportive and practical for how I like to learn and grow?
- Chemistry and trust: Do I feel comfortable being open and honest with this coach, and can I see us building real trust?
- Commitment to my growth: Will this coach challenge me, hold me accountable, and celebrate my progress along the way?

Are we a fit?
Hopefully you’ve got a sense of my style and how I approach things by reading my newsletter and blog posts.
Most of the people I work with want advice on specific challenges rather than just pure coaching. Either way, I help you think through things and make informed decisions aligned with your purpose, values, and goals. It’s a collaboration.
I’m your partner and guide to make things easier. Not because I know everything – but because I have the experience, skills, and tools to help you to find clarity by working through and making sense of ambiguity and complexity.
I work alongside you – cheering you on, but also helping to challenge you, to test and refine your thinking, and iterate – to succeed sooner.
Check out my full post where l share a bit more about me, our Regenerative Leaders Framework, and what we can focus on together with coaching.

Think Visual Meetup. The Mind’s Eye: Neurodiversity & The Creative Practice
Last month, the Think Visual meetup celebrated its first birthday… and I was lucky to be part of it. Diana Ayoub hosted a conversation between Josh Bradshaw and I – we both have aphantasia – and Alan Chen, who is at the other end of the spectrum and has hyperphantasia.
What’s the even mean? Watch the conversation on Youtube now and find out…
SydDT #115: Celebrating Indigenous Entrepreneurship & NAIDOC Week
To celebrate NAIDOC Week, on 10 July we’re collaborating with Stephen Rutter from First Nations Finance to bring together a group of awesome Indigenous changemakers who are designing better ways to protect Country, use technology for culture, and back the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Join us for a night of connection, insight, and celebration. We’re lucky to be hearing directly from Stephen Rutter, Lisa Sarago, Scott Allen, Tshinta Morris-Fernando, and Tim Moriarty who are pushing boundaries and creating impact by designing a better future, grounded in culture.

Let’s Collaborate
At Dynamic4, we specialise in regenerative leadership, design, and innovation with a focus on purpose and wellbeing. We do that by working alongside leaders and their teams to navigate complexity and solve problems that matter.
We love helping our clients design, build, and launch ideas that customers and teams love, make money, and do great things for people and our planet while increasing wellbeing.
This draws on my 30+ years of bringing together strategy, design, and tech to lead, design, and deliver strategic change in financial services, digital & tech, health & fitness, and building startups/social enterprises.
What do we actually do? Key ways we help is through coaching & advice, innovation sprints, and designing & delivering leadership, design thinking & innovation programs.
My book Solve Problems That Matter is a good way to get started.
Our approach builds personal, team, and organisational capability to solve problems that matter with more:
🌿 Confidence to navigate complexity and solve problems that matter for your teams, customers, shareholders – and build momentum with more certainty and less risk while increasing your wellbeing
❤️ Clarity to empathically engage your stakeholders, make better decisions, and collaborate to create solutions that your teams and customers love, make money, and do great things for people and our planet
🎯 Purpose that drives progress on your goals and creates meaningful value that you’re proud of for all stakeholders – and build the relationships, workflows, rhythms, and habits for success
