RegenOS: Build Your AI Operating System

Bring together your data, context, memory, skills, workflows, and AI tools into a system you own – for better thinking, decisions, and momentum

What's RegenOS?

Make AI your compounding asset – with data you own

Most people are using AI in fragments. A useful chat here, a good output there, a clever prompt saved somewhere else. It’s powerful… but it’s hard to build on what you’ve already done and a lot of the value slips away.

It doesn’t have to work that way.

RegenOS is an AI operating model built around your knowledge and an AI team with defined roles. You direct the work. Useful context, outputs, and decisions are written back into your own files. Your next session starts stronger… and value compounds over time.

This results in better thinking, clearer decisions, and more momentum, because your context carries forward.

How RegenOS Works

RegenOS is designed to be your AI team. You set the direction, define the boundaries, and remain accountable.

Each team member has its own clear role and scope, the context it needs, memory that carries forward, intelligence from one or more engines, and skills for repeatable work. It also knows its boundaries and how it collaborates with the rest of the team.

The RegenOS Living Loop

The RegenOS Living Loop brings together and integrates five elements:

Foundation: What’s owned, durable, and compounding

Your knowledge, context, decisions, and outputs stored in durable files readable by both you and machines. You own them, can access them anytime, anywhere without an AI tool, and the value compounds for you over time.

Playbook: How the system behaves

Your rules, preferences, workflows, skills, and shared ways of working made explicit and codified to guide your AI team. Gives you consistency across your tools, models, and sessions – with less drift and re-explaining.

Studio: Where you work with your AI team

Your AI team members work with defined roles, scope, context, durable memory, boundaries, and how they collaborate with the rest of the team.

Boundary: What’s AI assisted – or human-only

What AI can see, touch, suggest, decide, and do. Inside the boundary is owned – outside is rented. Access and trust are designed in as a core principle, not just hoped for.

Engines: AI models and tools you choose for the work

Models, platforms, tools, and harnesses as swappable overlays – they don’t live inside the system. They’re rented intelligence chosen on capability, pricing, policy, and availability – switching easily and using multiple in parallel. The engine is not the operating system.

This results in two powerful behaviours:

Regeneration

The system can recover and keep compounding when tools, threads, models, or platforms fail because the value is written back into your own files.

Continuity

The system helps you keep thinking, deciding, and creating across tools, devices, modes, and time, instead of constantly starting again. Reusable patterns become part of the Playbook.

The Workflow

  • A Studio member reads the relevant Foundation, context, memory, and Playbook
  • The Boundary determines what can be read, changed, suggested, or decided
  • An Engine performs work through the harness
  • Useful outputs and decisions are written back into the Foundation and repeated patterns become Playbook
  • The system Regenerates and gets stronger over time which provides Continuity and compounding value

RegenOS in Practice

I use RegenOS across strategy, design, tech, writing, and running Dynamic4.

My AI team includes tech, marketing, finance, and ops roles – alongside my coaches, advisers, and other specialists. Each has its own scope, working context, and boundary with how it collaborates with the rest of the team.

Writing follows my style guide. Research and meeting notes can inform a decision. My Chief of Staff agent orchestrates project work across team members using a project board and agreed next actions.

I have leadership team meetings, action learning sessions, and retros with my AI team where it reflects on its performance and proactively identifies improvements.

The team also handles some operational processes.

Ways to Get Started

There are three key ways I can help you get started… working with you and your organisation, helping you set up your own RegenOS, or you can get started with a recorded masterclass.

These options are designed to meet you where you’re at with your AI journey.

AI in Your Organisation

If you lead a small or mid-sized organisation, I can help you explore how you can safely leverage the power of AI.

We focus on your people, processes, governance, data, ways of working, priorities, and budget – not just the tech. Through these lenses, we help you identify a practical place to start and the support your team needs to move forward.

Group Program: Build Your RegenOS

A hands-on online program for small groups with personalised guidance.

The RegenOS Studio is where you work with your AI team. Your data, context, skills, workflows, and AI team members with defined roles and boundaries come together to collaborate and do real work.

We’ll use the RegenOS Starter Kit with prep worksheet to focus your starting point, then work through a 20-minute 1:1, two group working sessions, and WhatsApp support to get your RegenOS Studio set up and integrated into your work.

  1. Focus your starting point. Use the short RegenOS prep worksheet to identify your goals, workflow, data, constraints, and boundaries. Use the RegenOS Starter Kit to set up your own system
  2. 20-minute 1:1 session. Narrow the first workflow and check readiness before the group begins
  3. Group session 1. Working session to build your first workflow with group coaching and peer support. Decide next actions
  4. Group support. WhatsApp group chat as we support each other in applying it to your real work. Learn, refine, and keep moving (before, during, and after the working sessions)
  5. Group session 2. Working session to share our wins, challenges, and key learnings. Support each other to identify and take the next step

This is for people exploring what AI could make possible in their work, team, or business. You might be a leader, business owner, or the person others turn to when they’re curious about AI.

Bring something you do regularly and would like to improve. We’ll use it to explore how AI fits into the way you work, with your judgement and decisions at the centre.

Pay what you can & book

I’m testing this format with a first group, including how to price it. I want it to be an easy next step for people who are ready to use RegenOS in their own work. Choose an amount that works for your budget. Everyone gets the same program and support, whichever amount you choose.

After you pay, I'll be in touch to get you started, book our 1:1 session, and book the group sessions.

All prices are in AUD and include GST. No need to explain your choice.

I can also work with you 1:1 or design a program to work with you and your team privately. You can book a free discovery call or make contact and say hello to find out more.

Recorded RegenOS Masterclass: Build Your AI Operating System

In July 2026 I ran a couple of free online sessions in collaboration with the Human-Centred AI community.

More than 250 people signed up across the two sessions… with a few coming to both. In these sessions, I shared the principles and architecture behind Regen OS.

If you use AI for business, life, creativity, learning, or community building – and you want to move beyond fragmented chats to something more useful, durable, and personal – this is for you.

You don’t need to be technical. You just need to be curious about making AI work better for the way you think and work.

This is the second session, have a watch. The session covers:

  • Why AI use often feels fragmented, disposable, and difficult to build on
  • What changes when you move from isolated chats to an AI team
  • What makes this possible – and how Regen OS works before, during, and between sessions
  • The principles and architecture behind an AI operating system you own
  • Practical non-technical ways to get started with your own AI operating system (using Obsidian, OpenAI ChatGPT Work/Codex, Claude Cowork, and more)

Let's Collaborate!

Whether you’re exploring AI for your organisation, building your own RegenOS, or deciding where to start, let’s chat about what you’re working on and how I can help.

You can book a free discovery call or make contact and say hello…
